How far in advance should I book?

When will my booking be confirmed?
We review bookings promptly and confirm by email or phone. If anything is missing, we’ll reach out so it doesn’t hold you up.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us as early as you can and we’ll help you change your dates or vehicle. Cancellation terms are explained in our Terms & Conditions.
Can someone else drive the car?
Only drivers who are listed and approved during booking may drive the vehicle. Additional drivers can be added with approval, so just let us know before your rental starts.
Do I need my own insurance?
Insurance options may be offered during booking, and your personal auto policy or credit card may also provide coverage. It’s up to the renter to confirm their coverage, and we’re happy to walk you through the options.
